It’s really easy! Just mix all seeds, nuts and fruits you find at home … bake it, slice it and be strong and don’t eat all in a minutes!


2 tbs poppyseeds
1 tbs linseeds
2 tbs chiaseeds
1 handful keshu
1 handful peanut
2 handful walnut
1 handful pumpkinseed
10 pcs of dried plum
1 handful dried red berries
3 tbs sesame seed
1 cup oat
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
2 tbs honey
1 cup of water


Add the dry ingredients and dried fruits to a food processor and mix it for 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture in to a big bowl and add honey and water then stir it with a help of a spoon.

Cover a baking sheet with a baking paper and pour the mixture in it.

Bake it in preheated oven on 180 °C for 30-40 mins until the top of the bars turns to golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let to cool it. After some minutes the bars are ready to slice and serve it!
