The gluten free christmas coconut ball has a choco version as well. Choco-peanut honestly! You can make these balls more diversify if you cover it cocoa powder, or shredded coconut, or golden powder … etc. 




3 tbs mascarpone

3 tbs peanut butter

1 cup oatmeal  flakes

3 tsp eritrytol

2 tsp cocoa powder

juice of an 1/2 orange

I added some rum flavour but you can leave it. 


First mix the mascarpone and the peanut butter in a bowl, than add all of the rest ingredients.  If you get the rough dough rest it also in the fridge for 30 mins. 

Roll little or bigger balls, and cover them cocoa powder, shredded coconut, shredded nuts or golden powder.
