Some month ago I showed you how can you made tiramisu without sponge fingers, but baking your own sponge cake require longer time.
Now here’s the faster version: I used oatmeal instead of sponge cake! The advantage of this cup dessert that you can serve it at once … and I do not find disadvantage!

Ingredients (for 4 cups):

500g mascarpone (light)
2 eggs
1 cup espresso
½ cup milk
3-4 cup oatmeal
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Take two bowl and separate the eggs to white and yolks. Whisk egg yolks with cinnamon and mascarpone.

In an other bowl beat the whites until stiff peaks form.

Add the whites to the mascarpone cream.

In a small bowl combine the espresso with milk, protein powder and oatmeal. ( I didn’t add sugar to this recipe because the protein powder contain some sweetener. The amount of the oatmeal is up to you. I prefer if the oatmeal do not absorb all of the liquids and stay a bit fluffy.)

Put 2 tbs oatmeal into a cup than 3 spoon cream, repeat it one time and finally sprinkle your dessert with raw cocoa powder.

You can eat it at once but better to place in the fridge for some hours.
