It can be the best choice as a starter for your guest. And tell the truth is the easiest as well. There are many flavours many ways to prepare bruschettas for vegeteriens, vegans, for those who has gluten or lactoze intolerance.

Mushroom bruschetta is the best if you serve it in hot, once your guest has arrived…

 

Ingredients:

500g mushroom
1 pcs red onion
3-4 garlic cloves
pumpkin seed
salt, ground pepper
oli oil
parsley

 

Steps:

Chop the onion and simmer it with olive oil. Peel and cut the mushrooms and add to the onion.

Cut the baguette to 1 inch slices.

Season the mushroom and remove from the oven. Sprinkle the baguette slices olive oil and top with mushrooms and cheese.

Chop the garlic in to very thiny slices and roast it with the pumpkin seeds together. Decorate your bruschettas with this roasted pumpkin seeds and parsley.
