If you have no idea for lunch or dinner I show you a good tip! It’s easy and you can find all ingredients in the nearest supermarket. It worth to try it soon, while fresh zucchinis are available in the markets.

Ingredients:

1 middle sized zucchini
1/2 kgs chicken or turkey breast
3-4 cloves garlic
250 ml coconutcream
salt, pepper, parsley
nutmeg
tapioca flour

Steps:

Take a frying pan, put some coconut oil and fry the sliced chicken or turkey meat. Once it turned to light golden brown, add the chopped garlic and the shredded zucchini.

Pour the meat with some water, season it and cook it for 20-30 mins.

Finally mix 1 tablespoon tapioca flour with the coconut cream and add to the chicken or turkey. Remove from the oven and sprinkle it with some nutmeg.
