It’s fast and easy and you don’t have to mesure the ingredients. There are no rules just mix all sesonal ingredients from the garden.

Markets are currently full with fresh vegetables and if you have chance go to farmersmarket where the veggies and fruits are really from the garden!

Ingredients:

1/2 kg turkey breast (it can be more or less, and feel free change it to other kind of meat)
1 broccoli
3 pcs carrots
1 head onion
1 head garlic
1 middle sized zuccini
salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper
coconut oil

Steps:

Clean and peel the veggies. Add some coconut oil into a baking tray and add the vegetables. Season it and stir it to cover fully the veggies with the seasons.

Cover the vegetables with a foil and bake it on 180 °C for 30 to 40 mins.

Cut the turkey into tiny slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Take a frying pan, add some coconut oil and roast the meat.

When the veggies turn to tender add the turkey and carry on the baking for 15 more minutes. At the end of the baking sprinkle it with some parsley and red pepper.
